These may include low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, loneliness, money problems, negative thoughts, lack of motivation and organisational skills, homesickness, depression, struggles with making friends and coping with the academic demands of university study.
During the programme, I will help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle so that you can achieve long-lasting change and get to a place of stability, fulfilment, and happiness.
The VIP Support Programme includes the following:
